Rotary Index Operator - Riverside

One opening for a Rotary Index Operator to work in our Riverside location. Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Operate and monitor PAS-16 and Albe machine functions, changes set-ups, performs set-up adjustments, and distinguishes tooling and part numbers.
  • Utilizes inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, comparator, drop gauge and plug gauge to maintain quality production to blueprint specification.
  • Performs required maintenance of machinery and equipment.
  • Maintains production schedules and output.
  • Record production output and charts process control data.
  • Maintains clean, organized work area while performing all tasks in a manner that is conducive to company safety regulations.
  • Performs all other related job assignments and functions as assigned and/or required.
  • Utilizes background and knowledge assessing manufacturing
  • Changes tools as needed.
Additional Requirements will be to have a High School Diploma or one year experience. Candidate must be able to read blue prints, manufacturing procedures and have good communication skills.
