Plating Process Engineers

We have an immediate opening for two plating process engineers. These positions will be responsible for the development and implementation of production/processing methods and controls in accordance with quality standards in the most cost efficient manner.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Involvement in developing and implementing production/processing methods and controls in accordance with quality standards in the most cost efficient manner.
  • Evaluating and solving problems as they occur, and recommends and implements improvements as needed relating to the production process.
  • Overseeing operations to assure they comply with established quality standards.
  • Designing and monitoring processes for measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials, product, or process quality and reliability.
  • Maintain clean and organized work area while performing assigned duties in a manner consistent with safety/environmental regulations.
  • Design and set-up new automated equipment.
Our ideal candidates will have a BS in Engineering or Chemistry or MS in Engineering or Chemistry, a minimum 5-years experience in the plating mil-aero electronics component industry. Candidates must have ability to perform computer applications (spreadsheets, database and word processor), and have strong organizational and research skills. Candidates must be able to work independently and as an effective team member.
