Tri-Star was the first qualified to the Mil-C-39029 contact specification and we have been manufacturing contacts as an independent producer since 1976.
Tri-Star maintains an almost two-to-one ratio of qualifications over our nearest competitor; therefore, we are able to provide a one-stop-shop to our customers for all of their contact requirements.
Tri-Star designs and builds its state of the art manufacturing equipment in order to ensure the most efficient processes in the industry. Our diversity of capabilities, including cold heading, CNC machining, and screw machining, enables us to fabricate orders with the most economical method depending on the part configuration and quantity requirements. Our custom built annealers, platers, hooders and stripers give us the competitive edge for the finishing and assembly of contacts.
